I saw Maxime working with the team, over several different meals before I ever had the chance to meet her and find out she was a consultant!

I thought that I was watching a highly skilled F&B manager generating a perfect experience.

It wasn’t until later on during my stay at Marea in Zihuatanejo, that I met Maxime and discovered that she was in fact a strategic hotel management consultant helping train staff, humanize all aspects of operations, implement international hotel practises and guiding the property to the next level.

As I finally got the opportunity to meet her I was amazed by the depth of her insight and her strategic ability.

The developers of the property are friends of mine and they told me that they were thrilled with Maxime's first month of consulting, they reported that all teams were happier and more efficient than they had been.

It seems that Maxime's training was uplifting for them, giving them the greater sense of purpose and meaning for what they were doing!

 

Imagine my shock after discussing her strategies and what she was working on and her approach... once I discovered that the deep insights... were communicated by a remarkable young women of 30!

Maxime fulfilled a supporting role alongside the owner/director of the Hotel of an average of 10 hours per week from April 2022 to November 2022.
Maxime knows how to quickly see through and articulate internal processes.
Maxime presented an improvement plan after a short analytical period and implemented it in the months following her presentation.

Maxime knows how to enthuse the employees in a pleasant way and takes them along in the change process.

The results were improvement in efficiency and guest appreciation.
